Installation Engineer Position Available at Argus Fire & Security

As we continue to expand, Argus Fire & Security is looking to add an experienced Installation Engineer to our growing team.

We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer specialising in fire and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in installing fire alarms and while experience with security systems is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Key Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fire alarm installation.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and travel beyond the North West as needed.

Fire and Security Installation and Maintenance Engineer

  • Excellent rates of pay
  • Min. 2 years experience
  • Work around North West

Preferred experience on both monitored intruder alarm and Fire alarm systems.

Credit control/Bookkeeper

Argus have a great vacancy for an additional office member to assist in our accounts department.

Hours are Monday to Friday. 8:30-17:00.

Duties will include:

  • Taking and making phone calls
  • Creating and crediting invoices
  • Assisting with general office and credit control duties
  • Chasing late payments. 

Experience with MS Word, Excel and Sage are essential,  however full training will be given.

Service and Fault Engineer

As we continue to expand, Argus Fire & Security is looking to add an experienced Security Service Engineer to our growing team.

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Service Engineer preferably with Fire Alarm experience, but this is not essential as training will be given. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and fault finding on Intruder Alarms and CCTV.

Key Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Intruder Alarms.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

The role will include being added to the call out rota which is currently 1 week in 8.
Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and travel beyond the North West as needed. although this would be rare if required
