Support Team
Argus offers a 24/7 support service, Gemma, Carol, Debbie and Susan are available for your daytime assistance from 08.30-17.00. Out of hours is covered by our call handling service who are able to take messages and provide 1st stage support to our customers, for customer who are on a maintenance agreement, our call handlers can put our clients through to an engineer, who will provide enhance remote support or attend site if required.

Security Surveyors
We prefer to give our customers a detailed specification and accurate quotation before carrying out installations. Our surveyors will meet you at a convenient time and advise you on your options, this service is free of charge. A written quotation will then be provided for you to study in your own time. Only when you sign and return the acceptance agreement, or issue a valid purchase order will you be committing yourself to expenditure. Stephen Leigh and his team of surveyors have a wealth of experience of all types of security and fire detection systems
Technical Managers
Argus have 3 Technical Managers, each with their own set of skills. Between these managers, they have over 50 years experience in the fire and security industry. Our management team have decades of experience in design, installation, servicing and fault finding, as well as being leaders in their designated departments. This team provide unity and support to staff and customers alike.
Security System Technicians
Argus currently run two separate departments. One for fire and life safety systems, and one for security systems, The Image above taken in May 2016 is of the Wigan office Security Technicians who look after the North West of England. Argus currently employ 10 security technicians and 1 apprentice in this department.
Fire System Technicians
Argus currently employs 4 fire systems technicians and 1 trainee in this department to cover the North West of England. All 4 of these technicians are trained to work on Honeywell Gent systems, along with many other manufacturers products.
Sales & Marketing Team
Our Sales Manager, Stephen Leigh, oversees the running of the sales department and also works hands on as a system surveyor, designing all types of complex systems including analytical and monitored CCTV, PC based biometric access control and electronic fire detection systems on some of the most complex and challenging sites. Stephen also deals with the company’s Marketing.
