Support Team

Our Service Department is available 24/7. Gemma, Kayleigh, and Susan from our daytime response team, are available for your assistance from 08:30-17:00. Out of hours, calls are answered by our Alarm Receiving Centre call handling service. Kate works in our sales department providing our customers with detailed specifications and plans for their systems.

Security Surveyors

We prefer to give our customers a detailed specification and accurate quotation before carrying out installations. Our surveyors will meet you at a convenient time and advise you on your options, this service is free of charge. A written quotation will then be provided for you to study in your own time. Only when you sign and return the acceptance agreement, or issue a valid purchase order will you be committing yourself to expenditure. Stephen Leigh and his team of surveyors have a wealth of experience of all types of Security and Fire detection systems.

Technical Managers

Our experienced engineering staff are split in to two departments , Fire Systems and Security Systems. David our Security Service Manager, Barry our Security Installation Manager, and Simon our Fire Systems Manager all with over 20 years experience each. These Managers handle the day to running of our engineers ensuring quality of service to all of our customers. Mark Pritchard (Managing Director) oversees the management team and all aspects of health and safety, ensuring a stable management structure and a service second to none.

Security Systems Technicians

Argus currently run two separate departments. One for Fire and Life Safety Systems, and one for Security Systems, The Image below taken in May 2016 is of the Wigan office Security Technicians who look after the Northwest of England. Argus currently has 8 Security Technicians and 1 trainee in this department.

Fire Systems Technicians

Argus currently employs 4 Fire Systems Technicians and 1 trainee in this department to cover the Northwest of England. All 4 of these Technicians are trained to work on Honeywell Gent systems, along with many other manufacturers products.

Sales & Marketing Team

Our Sales & Marketing Manager Stephen Leigh oversees the running of the sales department and also works hands on to do the companies marketing, and as a site surveyor designing all types of complex systems including Monitored CCTV, PC based Access Control and Electronic Fire Detection Systems.
